RM480per website

Sound familiar?

You’re in the right place if…

  • Your site redirects visitors to somewhere you’ve never heard of
  • Google shows "This site may be hacked" next to your listing
  • Strange pages, pop-ups or foreign-language spam appear on your site
  • Your host suspended the account for malicious activity
  • You’re locked out of wp-admin, or new admin users appeared
  • Customers are telling you the site looks wrong before you notice

How it works

What actually happens

  1. Scan and assess

We take a full copy, scan it, and identify what was injected and how they got in. You get a straight answer on scope before any work starts.

  2. Clean and restore

Malicious code removed, damaged core and plugin files replaced with clean versions, unauthorised admin accounts deleted.

  3. Close the entry point

Patch the vulnerable plugin or theme, rotate credentials, harden permissions. Cleaning without this just buys you a few weeks.

  4. Reputation recovery

Submit for Google review to clear blacklist warnings, and hand you a short report on what happened.

Malware removal — common questions

How long does malware removal take?

Most clean-ups are done within one to two working days once we have access. Badly compromised or very large sites can take longer — we tell you what we’re dealing with after the initial scan, before you commit.

Do I need to be on a retainer?

No. This is a one-off service at RM480 per website. Many clients move onto a retainer afterwards because prevention is cheaper than repeat clean-ups, but there is no obligation.

Will I lose my content?

We work from a copy and preserve your content, posts, products and settings. If files are damaged beyond repair we restore from the most recent clean backup — one reason having off-site backups matters so much.

What if it gets reinfected?

Reinfection usually means the entry point is still open — an outdated plugin, a weak password, or a compromised shared host. We close the hole as part of the job, not just clean the symptoms.

My site is blacklisted by Google. Can you fix that?

Yes. After the site is clean we submit it for review so the "this site may be hacked" warning is removed from search results. Review times are set by Google, typically a few days.
