The maths
Cheaper than hiring for it
Bringing this in-house means a salary plus EPF and SOCSO every month — whether the site needs work that month or not. A retainer covers the same function for a fraction of it.

Common questions
Is hosting included?
No. Hosting is a separate add-on from RM150/month, or RM400/month for a managed VPS. We can also manage hosting you already have — many clients keep their existing provider. Keeping hosting separate means you only pay for the capacity you actually need.
How fast do you respond?
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm. We respond to every request within 24 hours. We often reply over the weekend too — but we don’t promise it.
Is there a contract or deposit?
No deposit. Monthly plans have no lock-in and you can stop any time. Annual plans are billed for 11 months and run for 12 — 1 month free in exchange for committing up front.
What counts as one "edit"?
Any single content change: uploading a banner, changing a product description, swapping a header colour, updating opening hours. Adding a brand-new page or product counts separately. Minor design tweaks are fine; a full redesign is a project, not an edit.
Do you work on websites you didn’t build?
Yes — most of our retainer clients came to us with a site someone else built. We start with an audit so we know exactly what we’re taking on before either of us commits.
How many websites does the price cover?
Care and Managed cover one website. Partner covers up to three. Additional sites are 60% of the tier price.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
Malware removal and restore is included in every retainer tier — that’s the whole point of a retainer. If you’re not on a plan, we handle it as a one-off from RM480.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, effective from the following month. Just tell us before the month starts.
